Dr. Harnarayan has a special interest in minimally invasive surgery, head injury, brain and spine tumor, and brain hemorrhage. Dr. Singh received the Young Asian Neurosurgeon award at the 22nd Annual Meeting of The Japanese Congress for Brain Tumor Surgery in 2017.
